A Ptolemaic era mummy was brought to Rutgers by a missionary of the Dutch Reformed Church and is on loan to the museum from the New Brunswick Theological Seminary. Purportedly the remains of an Egyptian priestess called Iset-Ha, along with her sarcophagus, no confirming studies have yet been conducted.

Additional

The mummy was brought to the University by a missionary when Rutgers was a school of the Dutch Reformed Church. Since the separation of the Church and the University, the mummy has been on loan from the Theological Seminary in New Brunswick.
